1. "My device is not flashing."
For your eye safety, the device is designed to flash only when it is in contact with your skin. Please ensure that the device is in contact with your skin before use.

2. "My device is not turning on."
The device should always be plugged in to be used and does not have a battery that can be charged. Please ensure that the device is plugged in before use.

3. "The power button is not functioning."
You can switch on the device by pressing and holding the button on the side while it's plugged in. Please ensure that the device is plugged in and try pressing and holding the button for a few seconds.
